Each class in this series is 2 hours long with a lot of interaction. Participants are encouraged to have their instruments ready in order to try things out, and to bring a pencil and paper for drawing. There will be time at the end of each class for questions.
Participants can sign up for each class independently, but for maximum benefit it is highly recommended to sign up for the full course. This is the fourth class in this series, and is intended as a continuation of ‘Mapping Our Arms’

Ásdís Valdimarsdóttir
Ásdís Valdimarsdóttir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland, and is now based in Amsterdam. She is on the faculty of the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague for viola and chamber music, and is currently the only violist in Europe who is licensed to teach Body Mapping.
