Code of Conduct

ZENEZEN is committed to creating a kind, respectful and professionally supportive environment for everyone involved in our classes.

This Code applies to all participants, instructors and contributors.

By attending a ZENEZEN class, you agree to the standards below.

 

1. Respectful Participation

All participants and instructors are expected to:

  • Treat others with courtesy and respect
  • Engage constructively and professionally
  • Respect differences of background, experience and opinion
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment

We welcome robust discussion. We do not tolerate hostility or intimidation.

 

2. Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviours are not permitted:

  • Harassment, bullying or intimidation
  • Discriminatory or hateful language
  • Unwanted sexual attention or inappropriate remarks
  • Threatening, abusive or aggressive conduct
  • Repeated disruption of the session
  • Deliberate interference with the learning environment

This applies to spoken contributions, in-meeting chats, private messages related to the session, and any follow-up communications connected to the class.

 

3. Instructors

ZENEZEN expects instructors and contributors to:

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times
  • Avoid discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • Respect participant confidentiality
  • Deliver sessions in good faith and with reasonable care

Concerns regarding instructor conduct may be reported directly to ZENEZEN and will be handled seriously and impartially.

 

4. Recording & Intellectual Property

Participants may not:

  • Record sessions without prior written consent
  • Share login links
  • Redistribute class materials or recordings
  • Share paid content publicly or privately

All materials remain the intellectual property of ZENEZEN and/or the instructor.

Unauthorised recording or distribution may result in removal from the session and further action where appropriate.

 

5. Confidentiality

Some sessions may involve personal or professional reflection.

Participants agree not to share private contributions made by others outside the session without consent.

 

6. Removal from Session

ZENEZEN reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to:

  • Mute participants
  • Remove participants from a live session
  • Restrict access to future sessions

Where behaviour breaches this Code of Conduct, removal may occur without refund.

 

7. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please contact us here.

We will investigate all concerns robustly, fairly and confidentially.

 

8. Updates

We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your participation.
