(ZENEZEN Live Online Classes & Class Bundles)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in live online classes and class bundles provided by ZENEZEN (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a class or bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. About Us

ZENEZEN is registered in France.

2. Our Services

We provide live online classes and bundled learning programmes delivered on fixed dates via online platforms.

Class descriptions, pricing and schedules are provided on the relevant booking page.

We reserve the right to:

    • Modify class content where reasonably necessary
    • Change instructors where required
    • Reschedule classes where reasonably necessary

3. Eligibility

Classes are primarily intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase and attend. We reserve the right to refuse participation where appropriate consent cannot be confirmed.

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

    • Live classes are time-specific services.
    • Refunds are only available within strict time limits.
    • Class bundles are refundable only before any class in the bundle has started.

You are responsible for reviewing the full policy before booking.

6. Minimum Attendance & Cancellations by Us

Some classes require minimum attendance. If we cancel a class:

    • You will be offered a refund or transfer.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected class or bundle.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation.

7. Participation & Conduct

All participants must comply with our Code of Conduct, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

    • Mute or remove participants
    • Restrict future bookings

Where behaviour breaches our Code of Conduct. Removal may occur without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All class materials, recordings, slides, and related content are the intellectual property of ZENEZEN and/or the relevant instructor.

You may not:

    • Record sessions without prior written consent
    • Share access links
    • Redistribute paid content

Unauthorised use may result in removal and further action where appropriate.

 

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

    • A stable internet connection
    • Suitable hardware and software

We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your own equipment or connectivity.

If technical issues arise on our side and materially prevent delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant class or bundle.
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of income, opportunity, or reputation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

11. No Professional Advice

Classes are provided for educational purposes only.

Unless explicitly stated, nothing in our classes constitutes legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and professional conduct.

 

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By booking, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

 

13. Accessibility

Our Accessibility Policy explains how we approach reasonable adjustments. While we aim to support access needs, not all accommodations may be possible.

 

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Internet outages
    • Platform failures
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions

Where possible, we will provide an alternative or refund.

If you have a complaint, please contact us here.

We will review concerns fairly and aim to respond within 2 business days.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Where you are a consumer residing in another EU country, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.

 

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
