Vahan Mardirossian
Vahan Mardirossian is an Armenian-born conductor and pianist who graduated with distinction from the Paris Conservatory. Currently the Chief Conductor of the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, he has previously held prestigious leadership roles with the Caen Symphony Orchestra and the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia. A frequent guest on premier global stages, Mardirossian has led the NHK Symphony and Prague Radio Symphony, and performed as a piano soloist at Carnegie Hall. Renowned for his dual mastery, he often conducts concertos directly from the keyboard, collaborating with legendary figures such as Kurt Masur and Paavo Järvi.
